Doug has been recruited by the senior leadership team of the Northern Leadership Centre, University of Newcastle, to provide consultancy on Middle East Developments. In particular, he has written a school accreditation model for the Northern Leadership Centre to support Arabic schools to improve and develop their leadership strategies.
