This focuses on improving the impact of leadership and management in primary schools. It identifies the skills employed by effective leaders and how leadership and management changes to take account of schools and their developing priorities. The course identifies the roles and responsibilities of subject leaders and takes them through the process towards introducing a development plan for their subject.
